About Travel Friends
The Travel Friends website is provided to enable passengers and/or crew of the many cruise ships around the world to have the opportunity to establish contact each other. This means you have the opportunity to re-establish contact with those new friends who shared your cruise holiday with you.
Many friendships occur during those wonderful days aboard cruise ships, only to find at the end of the cruise you forgot to get a friends email address or other means of contacting them.
The policy of most travel cruise ship companies prevents the release of a passenger's personal details for security reasons, because of this there is no way to find out how to contact those friends you made onboard that cruise ship.
Travel Friends now provides an opportunity for passengers and crew to change the rules by allowing the passengers and crew to list themselves independently with the travel-friends.com.au website services.
The success of the Travel Friends website depends on you, the passengers and crew of these wonderful ships. If you do not become a member nobody can find and contact you. But if you do become a member then that lost holiday friend has a chance to find you again. Contact your already established cruise friends and ask them to also become members of Travel friends so all can benefit.
The Travel Friends website provides a form to enable contact with another member, such that another member can be contacted by the website's form without revealing any email addresses. The contacted member can choose to ignore or reply to the contact from the webite, thus leaving the contacted member always in control.
Over time, some members change their email address or other circumstances may prevent their ability to update their profile details, which they may have with travel-friends.com.au wherever possible we will attempt to keep members details up to date.
